NEW YORK (AP) — The dollar was mixed in choppy trading Monday while the euro declined after Moody's downgraded the debt of Irish banks, focusing investor attention on Europe's economic hurdles.
In morning trading in New York, the euro fell to $1.3140 from $1.3178 late Friday.
